We were shocked to discover that the BBC certifies models of TV for the use of BBC Iplayer. We were horrified to find out that the TCL 65C745K has not been certified by the BBC to use iplayer, and that means that even though the app is available to download and install - it doesn't work, generating an error message when you try and open it. That's a massive dissappointment, as in every other respect, picture, sound are both excellent (I mean really, really good - picture especially) and is a delight to watch, with the QLED Tech giving a really bright image in bright daylight. We use iplayer a lot. This really just dissappoint us so much. Yes, I know, we could just plug in a firestick, or if you use a game system, iplayer will work fine with them, but we don't so it's a deep, deep frustration for us.

Took some setting up this tv for all the different sources, but when you get it right, it delivers. Picture is purely stunning with the right content! And black levels are insane to the point this could be the death of oled. Haven't seen any blooming yet and have been searching for it as my old lg led full aray was terrible for it This tv punches so much higher than it's weight! I was a samsung,LG, Sony fan boy, but after taking a long shot with TCL (never really heard of them a few yrs back) I am never going back

The 98" (C855k) mini-led TV is fantastic value, an absolutely stunning picture with Dolby Vision content having HDR3500, I found the best picture setting was "Cinema" on all other content. Highly recommended.

The TCL 65C805K 65" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR Mini LED QLED TV is fantastic! The picture quality is vibrant and sharp, and the sound is rich and immersive. The integration with Google Assistant and Alexa adds great convenience. However, I'm experiencing an issue with Apple AirPlay—it often just shows a black screen and doesn't function correctly. I suspect it's a software issue, and I'm hoping for a fix soon. Overall, it's a great TV with just a minor hiccup.
