I bought this tv for a discount because the box was advertised as slightly damaged. When the tv was delivered there was zero damage to the box, and I mean zero. Love the TV!!

Wanted smart tv.. tv basic functions are great , but smart tv features connecting with built in Alexa and all tv aps is poor. TV fades in and out of having wireless connectivity and not having it. I am certainly not going to disconnect my Apple box as it is the only way I can have reliable connectivity with my tv aps. When I called my internet provider and told them about my router connectivity issues , they immediately asked me if it was a Samsung tv as they and many other providers are apparently having this same issue. Be forewarned . I didn’t see this coming. Were I able to go back in time knowing what I know now, I would have chosen a different brand . Paying the premium for a “smart tv” is pointless if the feature doesn’t work. Beautiful picture and great sound
