Had to send the 1st TV back because the remote did not work, the return and exchange process was smooth and hassle free, the entire process only took one week. Happy with the new TV great picture quality. The AI features in the TV enhance the picture quality on HD movies nearly 4k. Happy with my purchase

Love the TV! But the remote doesn't work (except to turn on and off). I have no idea how to get hold of Takealot to ask for another one. Fortunately we had another Hisense TV so we are just using that remote for the new TV. But the TV itself is fantastic. I wish you didn't have to install the Vidaa software though. That's a bit annoying. But seriously GREAT TV. I actually highly recommend it.
