Philips All-in-One Trimmer MG7920/15 Serie 7000, Grau, 0,5 mm, 1,6 cm, 0,2 mm, Bart, Ohr, Nase, Batterie

I'll admit I'm not the target demographic but the blades nonetheless seem kind of lackluster. The first time I used it I had to go back in with a second trimmer because it just did not want to trim for some reason. I assumed maybe i went a little too long between trimmings or hormones. Any additional time it works fine for the most part but I am abnormally itchy afterwards (blades are clean and so am I and it's never been an issue with any other trimmer). I actually tried the foil shaver attachment today and like most foil shaver attachments it does an excellent job at not trimming 99.9% of hairs no matter what direction you go and the one hair it does get, it yanks out. I've also tried some of the trim guards for the shortest lengths and they did a poor job of their function and felt like they would break at any moment. I was really happy with the 5000 series and spending nearly $80 for this newer one proved to be a letdown. The nose hair attachment works fine though.

I hope your your trimmers are designed to take a hard drop. The replacement trimmer I received took a drop hard enough to crack the interior plastic shell in several places. Poor customer service is the norm today.

After two weeks of waiting to get it for my husband,we saw the box and we felt that the box was old and when we opened we are 10000 percent sure it is used one we will return it Monday

I wanted a machine that would mostly shave my face and other areas as needed, when needed. This does NOT cut the mustard. I even called in and asked them to send me the face attachment and I got an ear and nose trimmer, which I already had with the original kit. At that point I just gave up and won't bother with another one of these type products from Phillips.

Product fine. Rubbish delivery. Was very disappointed to be charged a lot for next day delivery which wasn’t honoured.
