Sage the 'Bit More' 4 Scheiben Toaster, 4 Scheibe(n), Silber, Edelstahl, Tasten, 400 mm, 180 mm

Great toaster I can now toast longer slices of bread without having to flip the toast and 4 smaller slices or crumpets etc in one go. What's not to like.

I enjoyed the toaster until the center heating element failed after 18 months. The center element only toasts on high when toasting on bagel setting otherwise it only has a low glow for regular toasting. One side is toasted the other is not. It must be an issue with the controller. I have seen other reviews with similar issues.

Disappointed from the first slice. If a toaster is made with long slots for wider bread, then it should have toasting elements ALL the way across. This one lacks toasting elements in the center, leaving the center of the bread unevenly toasted.

Toaster works very well for bagels and other products.

This has to be one of the worst designed toasters Ive ever seen. The heating elements inside is divided into two sections on each side with about an inch and a half gap in the center. This flaw leads to the edges of the toast burnt black while the middle stays completely untoasted. Ive tried every setting even the lowest and flipping the slices while running it through multiple cycles. Ive had the toaster less than 90 days. Would not recommend to anyone.
