Brother Dsmobile Ds-940dw Tragbarer Scanner

I just bought it and it doesn't hold charge. No trouble shooting has worked.

Really disappointed with the purchase and Brother. Brother's iPrint&Scan causes the scanner to fault when you try to execute a wireless scan (via USB was fine). Contacted Brother's online support, performed factory resets and other things - no success. Whilst the Advisor was helpful, his final advice was to return it or wait until the software is updated - oh Brother, that is dire!

I bought this as a backup portable scanner in case my larger scanner didn't work as expected. I tested it at home and it works great. It's also good if I need to scan just a page here and there and don't want to use the Adobe scan app on my phone.

The scanner is easy to hold and small enough to take anywhere (it fits in a backpack or handbag).

I enjoy the small footprint but the power cord is touchy as well as the actual operation of this scanner. I found myself very frustrated with the paper port feeding mechanism also. If there is a true need for this you can make it work but you shouldn't have to work so hard at scanning anything.
