Patagonia Black Hole Duffel 55L black

I have several of these bags and they've traveled around the world with me. All are in great shape, super durable and reliable!

The Patagonia Black Hole duffel (55L) is as described: sturdy, capacious, lightweight. I’ve only used it once so far, but am confident it could handle everything I need for a long weekend adventure, maybe even a full week.

Bought one but could not get the bag out of the pocket it stores in. Ridiculous design.

Bought this to use on a quick 3 day trip to San Francisco with my little kids. I needed a large bag that I could use hands-free but could hold everything so that I could hold my kids hands while we transited the city. I was really concerned that it would be too big to carry on, but I never got stopped. In addition to 3 days worth of clothes and toiletries for us, I was also able to fit my small Patagonia tote pack with our snacks and things as well as all of our jackets in the bag. It isn’t the most comfortable to wear as a backpack for very long periods, it is fine to get it to/from hotel on transit. Planning to also use it for local weekend trips using our car. Construction is top notch per usual for Patagonia.

Great bag for short trips. You can wear it like a book bag. It's also small enough to gate check for flights.
