Der Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 in der Größe 215/55R16 XL 97V ist ein Ganzjahresreifen mit klaren Vor- und Nachteilen. Laut mehreren Tests und Fahrermeinungen überzeugt er auf Schnee und sogar auf Eis mit guter Traktion und kurzen Bremswegen unter leichten bis normalen Winterbedingungen. Auch auf nasser Straße schneidet er überdurchschnittlich ab, da das Profil Wasser schnell ableitet und so das Aquaplaning-Risiko senkt. Viele Nutzer berichten zudem von einem komfortablen Fahrgefühl und einem für einen Allseason-Reifen relativ niedrigen Geräuschniveau. Auf trockener Fahrbahn zeigt der BluEarth-4S AW21 jedoch längere Bremswege und eine weniger präzise Lenkung als einige Konkurrenzprodukte unter Allseason- und Sommerreifen. In sehr harten, eisigen Wintern bleibt er ein Kompromiss und erreicht nicht die Leistung echter Winterreifen. Außerdem wird er wegen seines höheren Rollwiderstands kritisiert, was den Kraftstoffverbrauch etwas verschlechtert, und manche Fahrer beobachten nach einigen Jahren kleine Risse in der Lauffläche und mehr Abrollgeräusch. Der Reifen eignet sich besonders für Fahrer in gemäßigten Klimazonen, die gute Reserven bei Schnee und Nässe wollen und die leichten Nachteile bei Trockenperformance und Verbrauch akzeptieren.

excellent silent and safe tire no grip problems both in dry and wet conditions, only a small criticism I have the impression that it tends to wear out quickly we will see, on the other hand in general with the 4 season compound that I know more of 30/35 thousand kilometers it is not possible to do, I hope to do at least another 15/20 thousand, however I will buy them back

It drives great. However, wear is very quick for 2 years. Now I have to replace it with new ones. Mainly front axle.

Good all-weather tire with good properties on dry and wet roads. Amazingly good properties in snow. Can recommend the tire.

Such an amazing tyre from Yokohama. Equally as good, if not better, than both Uniroyal and Yokohama winter tyres that I have used in the past. So much quieter too than winter tyres. Top rated traction on both snow and ice. I have passed taxi drivers and over enthusiastic prestige German car drivers trying to go up steep snow covered hills as the Yokohama BluEarth-4S AW21 just kept on going with confidence and tenacious grip. I would swear blind that my humble Skoda Octavia Combi was a 4 x 4 rather than FWD! I understand that this tyre is TUV Sud approved and I can totally as to understand why. Such good valve tyres so go and purchase some, you will not regret it!
