Der Michelin Pilot Sport 5 ist ein sportlicher Sommerreifen, der viel Lob für seinen starken Grip auf trockener und nasser Straße und das sichere Kurvenverhalten erhält. Nutzer und Tests heben zudem das präzise Lenkverhalten, die guten Bremswege und die im Vergleich lange Laufleistung für einen Performance-Reifen hervor. Auch Fahrkomfort und Geräuschniveau werden häufig positiv erwähnt, wodurch der Reifen sowohl für den Alltag als auch für dynamische Fahrten geeignet ist. Dem steht ein deutlich höherer Preis gegenüber, und es gibt Sportreifen, die auf der Rennstrecke noch etwas schärfer sind. Einige Fahrer berichten außerdem von schnellerem Verschleiß bei sehr aggressiver Fahrweise, insgesamt bleibt der Eindruck der Haltbarkeit aber klar positiv.

Smooth ride. Incredible grip that even prevents the traction control from engaging in brisk pull aways from a standstill. (My car is FWD). The only negative with the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 is that tyre wear does appear to be slightly higher than with a regular tyre.

Se volete una bella guida sportiva sull'asciutto sono perfetti. Sul bagnato leggermente meno performanti ma direi che è normale! Ho provato precedentemente altre marche ma per me restano pe migliori!

Usure des pneus très importante Attention aux routes de campagnes gravillonneuses pouvant endommager les pneus très rapidement. Les voitures lourdes (type electrique tesla), use les pneus à la vitesse de l'éclair, penser à vérifier courrament. Malgré une usure avancée (voire très avancée), les pneus n'éclatent pas, ils tiennent bon quoi qu'il arrive. Impressionnant.
