Der POC Fornix MIPS ist ein All-Mountain-Skihelm mit zusätzlichem Schutz vor Rotationskräften durch die integrierte MIPS-Schicht und richtet sich damit besonders an anspruchsvolle Fahrer, die häufig im Gelände oder zwischen Bäumen unterwegs sind. Die Kombination aus leichter In-Mold-Konstruktion, Aramid-Verstärkungen und verstellbarer Belüftung bietet eine gelungene Mischung aus Schutz, Tragekomfort und Temperatursteuerung, während die auffällige orange Farbe für gute Sichtbarkeit sorgt. Nachteile sind die teils umständliche Bedienung der Belüftung und der Anpassung mit Handschuhen, die empfindliche Außenschale, die nicht zu jeder Kopfform passende Passform und der im Vergleich zu Basishelmen höhere Preis, sodass sich dieses Modell vor allem für Nutzer eignet, die den Sicherheitsgewinn und die Einstellmöglichkeiten ausnutzen.

Becareful with this one. It runs small and I had to return it with a $12 return shipping charge. For my head I need XL. I ordered the Xl/XXL and it was very tight on the sides.

I ordered a black but got something that resembled the apartite blue instead (logos missing as on the black). Otherwise helmet looks great, got a medium for my 56cm head and it was very snug

POC is synonymous with safety helmets, and they look good and have a lot of vents. Very suitable for Asian heads.

My son loves this helmet. Super comfortable. This helmet doesn't bother his ears and keeps his head warm. It sits comfortably in a safe position and very easy to spot on the mountain.

Great helmet. Nice & light. Easy to adjust sizing & remove/replace the ear pads. Very stylish as well and the venting system works great. Having MIPS technology is a nice bonus knowing that it'll help keep you safe.
