I've had the C620 for about 6 months. I fight with it constantly to print labels, envelopes, etc. I have to 'tell it' at least 3 different places what to do and then one always seems to override the other and it won't print right. prints upside, backwards, & reverts to something else while I'm getting ready to print another same type of item. I feel like I need a separate printer to do these simple jobs that are not just fast B&W plain paper printing. Instructions don't help. Isn't there a live 'how to' video somewhere??

misleading. The specs written shows it has fax and copy but it has only printer capabilities. Customer service is not at all helpful. I called to repalce the printer the next day of shipment and they told me that they don't exchange or take it back as I did not have the box. Very disappointed with the service.

I have owned the Xerox VersaLink C620 Color Printer for less than one month as of now. It is a beast when it comes to printing simple documents over and over and over. It is perhaps the worst printer I have ever used for printing envelopes. It is constantly crashing, having to be shutdown and restarted, sometimes it may print one or two before crashing other times nothing, then it forgets the jobs after a while and I have to manually figure out where it left off and try to submit partial print jobs. If you are printing a flyer, or simple document a few hundred to several thousand times, this is a great printer! If you are printing envelopes or complex jobs, consider a different device.

We bought this for our small office. It is working well to fit the needs of our organization. Setup was a breeze and the features are exactly what we were hoping for. Would highly recommend this product.

This is my 3rd Xerox Laser printer and I rank it as the best I've ever had
