dies on simple software, easily dentable, not worth your money

Sluggish and unresponsive I spent 2 and a half hour on a chat with a technician and he couldnt get to the bottom of the poblem. it is going back after only 3 days. Very disappointed.

I purchased the computer 2 months ago and since then have experienced constant hibernation, pages not responding. Windows Event Viewer shows an out of date IPF driver and there does not seen a way of updating this. I have been in contact with Samsung and it has been booked in for repair. I do not expect this from a new computer.

Laptop died after 14 months, will not charge and will not power up. Very unhappy about the reliability. The warranty has expired, so an expensive repair is likely.

Love it! Was due for this new laptop and it’s so thin and light.
