Dell Laptop Latitude 5540 i5-1335U 32 GB RAM 2 TB SSD

With only 2 USB A Ports you have to decide wheter you want to really use Keyboard/Mouse/Headset, as it will not fit in the Ports unless you buy a hub (preferred USB-C) to connect all of them. The sound of the computer is terrible, so if you intend to do your teams meetings without an headset you should buy a Jabra Speaker/Mike with the machine. To be fair in comparison with other Laptops dont forget to add both to price and weight when looking for your future computer. I should have spenta little more money and bought a Zbook.

This laptop has survived trips to many countries and months in an archaeological dig site. It’s a very reliable piece of kit with a good spec. Dell don’t seem to sell it with much storage, but it’s easily expandable with 3rd party 2.5" HDD/SSDs or mSATA SSDs. The keyboard is quite good and it has a handy switch to disable WiFi & Bluetooth. The Dell BIOS is nicely setup as well.

Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. I'm excited to see how this laptop holds up compared to my Toshiba.

This is a big, heavy laptop. If you're shopping for computer that will mostly be used at a desk or at home, this is an excellent choice. It you're looking for a laptop that will be good for carrying around town all day, you might be happier with a 14 inch or smaller laptop.

Highly recommend if your needing a laptop on a budget. This will handle emails, surfing the internet, burning DVD/CD's, playing music, movies and videos.
