Assassin’s Creed III Remastered bietet deutlich verbesserte Grafik, Beleuchtung und Performance, was es auf moderner Hardware attraktiver macht. Alle DLCs und Assassin’s Creed Liberation sind enthalten, was für viel Inhalt sorgt. Kampf und Schleichen wurden spürbar verbessert, aber die Bewegungen wirken weiterhin altmodisch und es gibt viele Bugs. Die Story und der Protagonist werden oft als langweilig empfunden. Die Remaster konzentriert sich vor allem auf die Optik und lässt viele alte Probleme bestehen. Für neue Spieler ist es ein komplettes Erlebnis, Kenner des Originals finden wenig echte Neuerungen.

The graphics are amazing, but the story is hindered by various glitches and crashes which are very unfortunate and can make the game fluency hard to deal with. It differs quite significantly with the other titles so far in the Assasin's Creed saga. I never played the original on the PS3 but for me it is the weakest title, which is a shame. The remaster is supposed to be better, I can't imagine the original to be much worse
