Schon damit verreist.Sind auf keinen asphaltierten Wegen gefahren und die Räder haben es ausgehalten. Im Norden sind die Wege alle mit Pflaster. Ist leichtgängig.waren sehr zufrieden.

Navigating modern airports is an exercise in pure madness, but the Samsonite Upscape makes it surprisingly bearable. 114 litres of cavernous space on four wheels that roll so smoothly through the terminal it almost feels like cheating compared to my old case. I comfortably got 23kg in the case and it was about 4/5ths full, so lots of space. The only downside? After just a single trip, the exterior shell is already showing scuffs and marks. It scratches up a bit too easily. But if you don't mind your gear wearing its battle scars early, this is a massively capable, rock-solid piece of luggage that gets the job done and looks cool

This was a great bag for the year I was able to use it. However after a year because there is a visible seam attaching the zipper to the polycarbonate shell it gets worn especially at the corners especially if you ever check the bag. Once the seams become worn the zipper starts to come undone from the bag. In addition the zip tags to allow the zipper to be pulled open have been ripped off I suppose from an airport automated machine. I've never in my life had this happen to any of my suitcases. I've never had a suitcase fail so quickly. Customer service from Samsonite on the warranty claim is dreadful; they would like me to bring it to a service centre outside London to assess whether they will fix it or charge me for repairs or to pay for repairs outright or a courier through their external consultant. Thank god I bought this bag from John Lewis. It is a shame because the bag could be so good except for this massive design flaw.

My last cabin suitcase created mayhem at Frankfurt rail station when the handle broke. This one looks sturdier and also has two handles, one on the long and another on the short side. The interior is well designed.

Nach wenigen Monaten (Nutzung für Dienstreisen) begann das Gestänge, wackelig/lose zu werden. Bei Verwendung der Erweiterung ist der Koffer deutlich schwieriger zu navigieren. Größtes Manko: Aufgrund des geringen Bodenabstandes, ist der Reißverschluss mittlerweile aufgescheuert, so dass der Koffer nicht mehr komplett abgeschlossen ist. Bei Marke und Produkt hatte ich auf eine bessere Qualität gehofft.
