Leica Summaron-M 28mm F5.6 Chrome Finish

Ich habe das Objektiv seit Dezember letzten Jahres an meiner Leica Monochrom montiert. Seitdem nicht wieder abgenommen. Soo begeistert bin ich von dieser auf dem ersten Blick völlig unterschätzen kleinen Linse

I had a chance to test this lens on an M10 during a Leica Walk event. This lens has a very sharp, yet subtle rendering with a character unattainable from any other lens, including from Leica. In comparison is the image from a Summilux 23mm/f1.7 on a Leica X-U, which is very sharp, yet has a harsh rendering.

I have used this lens now for a month, it has few stops but you can rarely go wrong, it makes brilliant classic pictures. It is a lens for catching atmospheres, painting with light.

Paired with my M6, this lens has been outstanding. It is so small and lightweight that it has been a joy to use.

It's hard to beat this lens for fun and for size! I love not having a big clunker on my M10. Small issue? The lens cap will not fit seamlessly over a filter. So, the filter is protecting the lens, but you won't find that extra sense of security by having the lens cap over the filter...as it just won't fit.
