The big button on the left is in the way when I go to turn up the volume or even to turn it on and really there's to many buttons around the outside of the phone and storage is already full just from updates.

The phone is great in everything works very fine, 1.Thing is very disappointing that the camera results disappoint very low quality of camera, 2. Phone should have latest gen of processor for speed 3. And should be have more options on RAM AND ROM storage 4. From April 2025 till now no new model was released till now,

Every customer service agent I dealt with did a great job, but they are forced to work within a system that is less than helpful to the end of providing good customer service.

Lovely phone but the lack of a headphone jack means i had to go back to the 6 because i need it for DAC and that can't be done with a usb to aux dongle really sadly. So i can't do my job with it and connect into things for testing i had to default to the previous model. The phone itself is nice though I'm very happy about the micro sd slot and the screen and such is nice. I dropped it into a water well and it survived just fine. The removable battery is a good touch and its taken a battering but its sad i had to switch back because i can't keep using it. I'll likely give it to a friend though its a good phone overall.
