Despite a modest internal hardware spec, the Motorola Moto G6 offers one of the most affordably attractive and - crucially - modern smartphone packages on the market today. An all-glass build, sharp 18:9 aspect ratio screen, and full-featured camera system with AI tech simply make it easy to forget that you're using a device that costs under a third of the price of an Android flagship. If you're shopping on a budget, it's incredibly easy to recommend.

Haven't been able to get voice calls to work on new sim card I ordered through Consumer Cellular, who use At&t. I am ordering a new sim through them that's a At&t sim not a consumer Cellular. Confusing. Also had issues registering it as my phone did not come from China, but from the Cayman islands??? Other than those items, I am enjoying the phone's unique shortcuts for flashlight & camera. The speed it maintains no matter how many apps and tabs and windows I have open (obsessively over multitasking I do) Fingerprint scanner is a little touchy & doesn't always work to unlock but I believe it's more my impatience than phone flaw. Picture quality is good, only there wasn't a built in gallery which was odd but simple fix to download an app for. Not a fan of how the texture of phone is easily covered with fingerprints so I'm getting a different cover that doesn't show finger smears. Over all I am pleased and feel the the cost equals the value.

My unit "bricked" after 85-days of light-moderate use. Return/Refund was a hassle as seller demanded that smartphone be "wiped" before return, which is pretty hard to do with a 5.2" Indigo Brick ! This was my 4th Android Smartphone this year after using a Windows 10 model since 2014. Most of the phone's issues revolve around the Android OS, 'Hello Moto' shell overlay, and bloated Appware which drains the battery fast. Camera and pre-loaded photo software are lot worse than the 2014 Nokia model I retired, and I find the onboard speaker just about as 'tinny' as it's aforementioned predecessor. It took a weekend of both Moto/Android patches to bring the phone up to current security protocols, and to disable, or uninstall App bloatware, and personal data tracking programs. Since it is a Latin America release version, some instruction screens still come up in Spanish.

Bought this phone to use with MetroPCS, it can only connect to the EDGE network, meaning the data is completely useless.

It rivals more expensive phones. The fingerprint rray could be bigger.
