The actual purchase process was absolutely fine, the site is easy to navigate, they accept klarna, next day delivery, no issues there at all! The quality of the product was near perfect, was missing a screw on one of the machine heads, the strings are very rattley, but I take that with a pinch of salt as I purchased a cheaper affordable model so it's almost expected A generally good experience!
