Paco Rabanne Rabanne Olympéa EDP 80 ml + EDP 20 ml (woman)

I ordered this as a birthday present for my friend but EVRI appear to have lost it. My friend's birthday has been and gone but Superdrug have been wholly ineffective at resolving the issue. The lack of follow through and commitment to customer care is really disappointing. All I get is scripted platitudes and excuses.

This is my everyday perfume, it's very feminine and lasts all day, the bottle is lovely and always on display
