Ich war sehr skeptisch, weil ich mich von meinem geliebten alten Headset trennen musste nachdem mir ein Snom Telefon hingestellt wurde. Aber dieses Headset ist einfach super, der Klang ist gut und man kann es auch den ganzen Tag tragen, ohne das etwas drückt.

super, eingesteckt ins Snom 320 und läuft. Sprachverständlichkeit super. Einzig das Kabel hat noch so einen Drall, aber der gibt sich hoffentlich etwas mit der Zeit wenn es sich "aushängt"... dafür ist es schön lang

the headphones work good but do not hold well on the head

We bought a couple of sets of this Headsets, one of the sets is fine, no problems at all, but the other set just constantly drops in volume and stops working. I have tried to replace it, as i believed it to still be under warranty, however, i have not had any reply from the company who sold them to me, despite emailing them through Amazon, which is disappointing. Because of that i'll be purchasing a replacement from a different company, hopefully one who replies to their customers when things go wrong.

Firstly this took around a week or more to arrive after receiving a 'your item has been despatched' email. When it did arrive the earpiece had fantastic clear audio but the MIC's audio was very very poor! Nobody could hear me! even with the MIC gain turned up. Tested on several Snom handsets, made no difference. I returned it!
