Das Poly Blackwire 5220 ist ein komfortables Headset, das besonders für seine weichen Ohrpolster und den angenehmen Sitz auch bei längerem Tragen gelobt wird. Die Klangqualität ist klar und das Mikrofon überzeugt bei Gesprächen. Dank USB-C, USB-A und 3,5-mm-Anschluss ist das Headset vielseitig einsetzbar. Die passive Geräuschunterdrückung funktioniert gut, aktive Noise Cancelling fehlt jedoch. Ein Nachteil ist, dass sich Staub in der 3,5-mm-Buchse ansammeln kann, was gelegentliche Reinigung erfordert. Manche Nutzer empfinden die verschiedenen Anschlussmöglichkeiten anfangs als verwirrend.

I bought this to replace an HP wireless gaming headset that was crumbling and had a very bad microphone. It was the second one I bought and both became unusable. I am MUCH happier now. This microphone is excellent and the speakers are also very good.
