I have had this item for just over a month my feedback is 1/ Manual supplied is inadequate and requires one to watch videos on setup and use> 2/ The coffee pucks are not large enough to make a strong cup of coffee, since one cannot select a second grind when making a Capuchin 3/ Unable to make a simple flat white 4/ Milk container is on the small side to make 2 mugs of Capachino

Makes great coffee whether it's an espresso, latte or cappuccino.

Good machine and makes a lovely cup of coffee and a great addition to our household appliances

Awesome machine, but the included manual was hopeless. Watch YouTube clips instead

the outer casing was not clicked in so now has a bit of a bow the instructions are terrible, so all information is through google or YouTube. the milk jug only does one cup. the sales person said it will do two thats not true.
