Das Olympus OM-D E-M10 Mark IV-Set ist eine komplette und erschwingliche Lösung für Anfänger und Reisefotografen. Das Paket enthält die Kamera mit ihrem 20MP-Sensor und starker In-Body-Stabilisierung sowie das ED 14-42mm Kit-Objektiv, das über den gesamten Zoombereich scharfe Bilder liefert. Die Kombination ist äußerst tragbar und liefert konsistente, attraktive JPEG-Bilder. Der verbesserte Autofokus und die Augenerkennung funktionieren gut bei statischen und langsam bewegten Motiven. Das Kit-Objektiv ist kompakt und gut auf das Kamera-Design abgestimmt. Für Video ist das klappbare LCD praktisch, aber der fehlende Mikrofonanschluss begrenzt professionelle Nutzung. Der Kontrastdetektions-Autofokus kann bei schnellen Bewegungen Schwierigkeiten haben, und die Bildqualität bei hoher ISO bleibt hinter APS-C-Kameras zurück. Dies ist ein ausgezeichnetes Startset für Fotografen, die ein komplettes, leichtes und benutzerfreundliches Setup suchen.

I should have read more on this camera, whilst it comes well regarded its actually a relatively old tech by todays stds and I’m a little disappointed on the image quality.. I’m told it’s the “kit” lens the images lack sharpness and in most situations can’t match my iPhone 11 for crispness.. I know you can do a lot in post processing but seems a lot to do based on the cost .. I do like the style, feel and ability to learn all modes and composition so maybe I’ll try another lens or upgrade when I know more

I recently took my OM-5 to Northern California. My experience with the OM-5 was very satisfying. The camera worked well and the small size and small weight made it easy to take on all of my hikes. I was able to use the camera in lower light conditions and the images still looked sharp and well exposed.

The OM SYSTEM OM-5 is good for landscape photography. Though it doesn't have the widest dynamic range, it captures great image quality for its class. On top of that, it comes with a high-resolution composite mode to capture higher-resolution images of still subjects like landscapes. It's also very compact, making it easy to take on long hikes to remote shooting locations, and it feels well-built, with weather-sealing to withstand the cold, dust, and moisture. That said, it has a mediocre battery life, and its ergonomics and user interface can take some getting used to.
