Der Tefal Access Steam+ DT8100 ist ein praktischer Kleidungsdampfer mit schneller Aufheizzeit und für alle Stoffe geeignet. Ein Bügelbrett ist nicht nötig, was ihn ideal für schnellen Einsatz oder unterwegs macht. Die zwei Dampfstufen sind hilfreich für feine und dicke Stoffe. Der abnehmbare Wassertank ist einfach zu befüllen, aber recht klein und bietet nur 10 Minuten Dampf. Bei starken Falten ist die Dampfkraft manchmal nicht ausreichend und das Gerät ist relativ schwer, was bei längerem Gebrauch stören kann. Insgesamt eine praktische Wahl für den Alltag, aber weniger geeignet für große Wäschemengen.

I received the steamer as an online purchase and it does not remove any creases from garments. I have tried all the different fabrics I have. I would have been better off buying an expensive iron. I think it may have been faulty and have sent it back as it was also missing a part. I will be waiting to hear on a refund.

First of all, it is so heavy. Secondly the garments are still creased after the entire water tank is finished. Tried it on thin and thick material and it just doesn’t work.

I have only just purchased this handheld garment steamer but so far I'm really impressed! I easily got the creases out of a dress and silk blouse. The product comes with a hook so that you can hang your outfit on the door and then easily steam it. The are also two different covers for the steamer to protect your clothes. I love the portability of this product. No complaints so far! Think I'll put my iron away now to use this instead.

I have just received this steamer online. I have tried it on different clothing fabric today and it doesn't work. The clothes are just as creased. I had to use my iron to iron the clothes instead (I bought the steamer so I wouldn't have to iron). I've done an online chat to see what the return policy is and told you can only return products that have not been opened. I'm missing one of the accessories and I have been told that they have would find out from the dispatch if it was missing and replace it . Do not buy this product
