Tivoli Audio Music System BT

If you want a nice looking piece of equipment that doesnt work and cant be repaired - this is it. CD player failed and Tivoli told me that it couldnt be repaired. Junk!

I listen to classical and jazz, with the occasional punk and noise albums thrown in. The sound is great. These mini-stereos are often described as bookshelf systems, but boxing this in will muffle the speakers which project in different directions. I agree with the criticism of the labels on the buttons, which are nearly invisible.

But it's very handsome. I'm seeing a lot of 3, 2, and 1 stars. For $600 I recommend Bose.

The sound from the multiple speakers (including the down-firing bass) is superior to anything else I have heard in a book-shelf radio-CD system. It is especially attractive to the eye with controls that are simple and logical. For those who do not want multiple components, this is the obvious choice for the eye and the ear.
